Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Books & Videos: Due to copyright restrictions, these items cannot be returned once opened.
  • Tools & Maintenance: Used tools or maintenance products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
